  Finally a platform I can voice my opinion where it may matter.
  
  For those of you leaving those “great” reviews. You’re a bunch of good liars. This place USED to be great, but it’s turned into a pig sty.
  
  From the parking to the noisy neighbors... I sincerely regret the moment my husband and I even glanced an eye at this place.
  
  People parking at the side of the garages (or in front of mine) I can’t really blame them since there is NO PARKING ANYWHERE ELSE. Homes only get 1 parking spot and you can opt to PURCHASE a garage monthly if you need extra parking space. Sad.
  
  The maintainance guys always have a stone cold face on, always unfriendly.
  
  The office is slow with some requests.. there are a lot of apartments to take care of so I won’t bash them too hard there.
  
  The gates are constantly broken and all the replies you’re giving people about how “quickly” you fix things? Stop lying.. this is the internet, someone will always tell the truth for you.
  
  This place is okay.. but seriously needs to take better care of their tenants. I’m sure when everyone from the leasing office goes home.. they’re not worried about if they’re car is safe outside or if the gates are closed, etc. why should I have to worry about it paying $1300+ for a one bedroom?
  
  Don’t move here. Take the warning.
